Living the good life.

So things have really gotten going for me lately. As you may have noticed from my latest blog I have joined both football and dance. Yes, I am multi-talented. So let's start with dance. Megan's dance company decided for the May show to have a "Dad's Dance", let's face it, they are just trying to sell tickets. So we have a couple of practices, or rehearsals as we call it in the biz, and it's going pretty well. The first part of our dance is to "Born to be Wild" (also known as Jeff's Theme) and that part I got down. Then last week we started the hip-hop section which I thought having been a break dancer in 1984 that I would ace but it was a bit rough. Luckily Megan stayed and watched so she can help me with my moves. I will let everyone know as soon as our tour dates are released so you can get tickets, I am sure they will go quick.

Football started, yes flag. We had one practice before our game and of course myself and another player got hurt in practice. That's what happens when accountants play outside. Luckily I was listed as probable for the game which I was able to play in. We lost and that's all I am going to say about that.

I also began my training for the Pat Tillman Run in April. We'll see how that turns out. It's a 4.2 mile run and I can barely drive that far without taking a break. (Of course in Phoenix traffic 4.2 miles takes a little over an hour). It has been rough training with my injury (I injured my ribs) but having received treatment, I should be back to training soon. I am looking forward to the race, it's for a good cause and it finishes on the ASU 42 yard line, so like Rudy, I will run onto the college football field.

That's it for now, but stay tuned. Great things are about to happen.
